1-on-1 sessions
Pregnancy is a time of incredible change, and your body deserves a training program that evolves with it. With 1-on-1 sessions, small group training, and remote programming options, you can choose the format that fits your lifestyle best. My goal is to help you move better, reduce discomfort, and build the strength you need—not just for birth, but for the demands of motherhood.
Remote prenatal or postpartum programming
Customized to you and your goals. The workouts will be through my user friendly app! You are able to upload videos and feedback for me to respond to. You will also receive a complementary movement assessment over zoom or in person.
Prenatal massage
60 or 90 minute sessions using a combination of targeted deep tissue work & fascial manipulation to help regulate your nervous system, ease aches & pains, create balance in your tissue and prepare for fascia for a beautiful birth.
Remote options
I offer personal training sessions via Zoom for those who prefer virtual coaching, providing the same expert guidance from the comfort of your home. You can also combine in-person training with remote programming to create a flexible plan that fits your schedule and budget while still receiving personalized support tailored to your needs.
